“Five CD shops are damaged when a bomb was set off in tribal area of Mehmand Agency on Monday 15-10-2007, 15 other shops are partially damaged, no loss of life was done” it is revealed on government electronic media in Pakistan.
“ In Kohat Jungle Khel Police Station was rocked when bomb was set off alongside its boundary wall, a hole is caused by bomb explosion in boundary wall of the police station, no policeman inside police station is reported to be killed or injured,” Mr. Inayat orakzai has said.
“CD shop owners and mobile phone shop owners in Kohat district have received threatening letters from an organization called Tehrik Taliban through government owned mail service, in which it was mentioned that CD shops owners must stop selling music CD’s and mobile shop owners shall abstain from recording music in mobile phone memories for their customers, stamps on envelops of threatening letters have revealed that letters were posted from Waziristan tribal area,” ex Councilor Farukh Paracha has said.
