A scholar of University of Chicago, USA, on a visit to Govt.
Middle School Chuck Murar, Tehsil Bishnah in Jammu and Kashmir of Indian side, last
summer addressed class 8th students to make them aware about huge opportunities
waiting for those who excel in studies. During the interaction he identified 5
students – 2 boys and three girls, who were sharp, full of zeal and potential
for excellence despite local area limitations. Pumping up strong words of
motivations to all students, he had a special word with Tilak Raj, School Headmaster
