6 shops gutted in Drosh.
CHITRAL (Drosh). As well as 6 shops were gutted at Drosh some 45 KM from here. According to SHO police station Drosh fire burnt suddenly in furniture market at main Chitral Drosh road at some 4.00 AM on Tuesday which was spread to other shops. He told that these shops were mostly furniture workshops and show room and car painter working on Deodar wood which catches fire speedily. He said that 2 shops of Rahmat Wali, 2 shops of Muhammad Nadeer, Noor Shahideen, and other were gutted as a result goods worth of many lacs converted in ashes including furniture, and machineries. Drosh police investigating the incidence on different angles. It is worth to mention here that some 8 shops 3 factories one motor car and motor cycle were gutted last month and this is second incidence of fire during two months. Irhad Mukarar president of PPP S Tehsil Drosh appeal to Federal as well as Provincial government to compensate these affected people so as to enable them to re-state their business and gain livelihood for their families with a honor way. Reasons behind this incidence could not ascertained until filling of this report
