On Tuesday ,the BJP leader and former finance minister Yashwant Sinha accusing the government of having badly failed on the economic front,said UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi should ask Prime Minister tohold fresh elections. The team of economic managers of Sonia have shown poor performance and has not been able to curb inflation.The way out is to go for early elections and straighten the path for others tocome forward.
The BJP leader said there is no hope that things are going to improve next year as promised by Finance Minister P Chidamabaram in Tokyo. The concerns over the rising Current Account Deficit cannot be accepted.
Today,JPC chairman PC Chacko ridiculed Yashwant Sinha for writing to Prime Minister asking him to appear before the panel examining the 2G spectrum scam, calling it as a "political stunt “and against the norms of Parliamentary procedure .
