Fraudulent PRC scammer’s hell bent to erode 370; NC, PDP, Cong in slumber

Barring one or two political parties of lesser stake all other political parties in Jammu and Kashmir are dying to preserve Art 370 as bridge between India and J and K, on one hand on the other concerned authorities in revenue department did not leave any stone behind for defeating the idea by resorting to ignorant attitude.
Accountability and honesty is ancient vocabulary in government departments now. Responsibility to safeguard rule of law in the larger interest of the people of state are being given second priority for over the period of time by the officials at the helm of affairs in revenue department.
Saga of travesty was revealed yet again when a complaint against a family for getting Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) fraudulently was lodged by a social worker with crime branch to seek action after indepth inquiry. Enquirers reveal that PRCs to family in question were issued in contravention but still administration failed to take proper cognizance.
Story is like this that complaint against one Bharat Bushan son of Dwarka Nath and others was lodged with crime branch few months ago. Same was pursued under the law and district magistrate was informed about the case, who ordered through investigation in case. To which additional district commissioner did indepth enquiry and submitted its report vide No ADC/Adm/PS/13-14/533 dated 5-8-2013. Suggesting that PRCs were issued in contravention to rules and the documents including birth certificates, residence proof and dates of admission in schools and other allied documentary proof were not found accurate and upto the mark.
In the conclusion of report, Ms Sushma Chauhan, Addl. Deputy Commissioner suggests “Thus in light of above facts it is concluded that PRCs of said person have been issued despite lack of requisite documents and also by overlooking the apparent discrepancy in the documents annexed”.
Report was forwarded to Inspector General of Police Crime Branch for action, who in turn forwarded to DIG Police Jammu vide CHQ/Clt/J-369/12-11190 for registering a formal case against the person in question also to DDC for cancellation of same PRCs besides action against fraud mongers. But no action was taken till date.
Similarily, DIG police forwarded instruction to SSP vide No SO/Clt/2013/206/11153 dated 28-11-2013 for lodging a case against Bharat Bushan, Rajesh Kumar, Pawan Kumar sons of Dwakar Nath and Ekta Gupta wife of Bharat Bushan, Shubam Gupta son of Bharat Bushan but no action has been taken yet.
In routine, SSP forwarded instruction to SP for lodging a formal case in concerned police station besides through investigation vide No CPO/Cit?Crime-26/13/55458 dated 3-12-2013. But any case has not been registered nor has any action been taken as such. It is beyond to understand as to why concerned authorities are shying away in taking the action against erring and fraudulent elements. It is high time when authorities should take up it as wake up call and take immediate action against the fraud mongers.
Media agencies, police authorities and even administration has failed to act due reasons well known to one and all but truth has to prevail and it would when a person like Arvind Kejriwal of Aam Adami Party would surface in state to check ifs and buts presented by rulers till now in the name of governance.
