Bryant & Stratton College Online, a leader in online associate’s degree programs, will host a free webinar for current and prospective students interested in a healthcare administration degree. The webinar, titled “How the Electronic Health Record Impacts Today’s Healthcare Administrators” will be held on Wednesday, July 18, from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. EDT. The webinar will discuss the critical role the Electronic Health Record plays in a variety of healthcare settings including private practice, facilities and hospitals.
Bryant & Stratton College Online Instructor Laura Soldani will lead the webinar. Ms. Soldani has worked in education for nearly 20 years. She is passionate about the role the Electronic Health Record will play in the healthcare careers of tomorrow and has earned certification in both Virtual Office Information Management and Medical Informatics.
“The Electronic Health Record is a hot topic in healthcare today. It is the main structure that will be used to collect and maintain all of the data for any healthcare practice, facility or hospital,” said Ms. Soldani. “Understanding the Electronic Health Record, having the ability to effectively navigate it and use it to maintain accurate records is a critical skill for any one seeking employment in healthcare administration.
