French trekker dies in J&K

A french trekker died while trekking at Nun peak in Kargil district of Ladakh region in Jammu and Kashmir, official sources said today.
They said Veyrat Jerome died while climbing the peak on August 31, a delayed report said here. The cause of his death was not known.
His body was recovered by a team of ”RIMO expedition Leh” yesterday.
The body is being taken to French Embassy, Delhi.
