It can be pretty tough to keep fit, especially when we have so much going on in our daily lives. Biking is the last great way to get outside and exercise that we’re going to mention in this article. Hopping on your bike and riding around the neighborhood or across town is going to burn tons of calories and give you a serious leg workout.
