1888 PressRelease – GMFC is launching an online auction to help raise much needed funds to combat the grave injustices that lead to 21,000 children dying daily due to man made poverty.
A Christian mission is pleased to announce they are launching a unique way for individuals to donate without having to take money out of their pocket.
James Miller, Jr., founder of Global Mission for Children states “with the incredible success of other online auctions like eBay, we are very excited to launch the GMFC auction to support the indigenous missionaries we partner with in Africa and Asia.” The uniqueness of the GMFC auction is that 100% of the proceeds from listing an item are automatically donated to the mission. The individual listing the item will receive the shipping charge to send the item to the winning bidder.
Organizations like GMFC use donated funds to help support an entire community with the goal of constructing new schools, feeding the hungry, medicating the sick and building Christian fellowships. James states “The need is incredibly great! 80% of the world lives on less than $10 per day, 50% of the world lives on less than $2.50 per day and over one billion people live on less then $1.25 per day.” GMFC has over 50 mission groups on a waiting list for support and many more reach out to them weekly in hopes of financial help and spiritual guidance.
Global Mission for Children supports missionaries in Bangladesh, India and Kenya offering a child sponsorship program who’s main purpose is to spread the Gospel of Jesus. They are helping to eradicate extreme poverty that is killing 25,000 people per day, 75% children, due to starvation, curable diseases and lack of clean water. The uniqueness of GMFC is they are a group of volunteers and 100% of all monies donated go directly to the mission fields. Partnering with Christian missionaries, GMFC is helping to eradicate extreme poverty and deadly physical diseases as well as spiritual disease.
Global Mission for Children is personally funded by its faithful founders and 100% of all donations go directly to the mission fields. There is a volunteer board of overseers and GMFC’s “Statement of Faith”, “Mission Statement” and the founders BIO’s are posted on their website so sponsors will be confident their donations are used in an upright manner with Godly stewardship. GMFC is not a 501(c)3 so donations are not tax deductible.
