Goa fast becoming a holiday home and retirement home destination

Properties prices in Goa are skyrocketing due to increasing demands. These demands are mostly by the second home buyers who are investing money for holiday homes and also making Goa their retirement place.

Due to hike in home loan rates the land prices in India are falling but in Goa its multiplying & increasing. This increasing prices has not put a stop to investment into the homes and real estate sector.

The people who are investing are mostly non-resident Goans, domestic buyers NRI…etc..
The properties prices with a sea view and close to sea are increasing to record levels. But still this has not scared the buyers away and in turn the buyers are looking to acquire lands and homes in the city. The foreigners are also on the buyer’s list.
