Cancer-stricken British reality TV star Jade Goody has lost sight and doctors are anticipating an early death.
The former Big brother star took early discharge from hospital and went home on Wednesday. She was terrified that she may not be able to see her sons, Bobby (5) and Freddie (4) again, reported sun.co.uk.
A source close to the star said she wanted to be "surrounded by family and friends". "Everybody’s concentrating on getting the nurses prepared so she can face the pain at home," the source said.
Goody, who was evicted from the Celebrity Big Brother after she racially abused the eventual winner Shilpa Shetty, was expected to return to her home on Wednesday. "She will be coming home… but only if nurses are able to keep her pain at bay," said publicist Max Clifford.
The 27-year-old star, who is suffering from cervical cancer which has spread rapidly throughout her body had earlier got baptised in bed along with her two sons, because she wanted to stay in touch with them through god even after death.
Goody, who doctors say has a few weeks to live, is under round the clock vigil.
Clifford also revealed that she had been cheered by a message from Michael Jackson, who is in town.
"He recorded a message on Sunday. In it he said: ‘Hi Jade, it’s Michael. I’m thinking of you and I hope everything goes as well as it can. I want you to come and see me when I’m over. My brother keeps asking me about you,’" Clifford said.
