Although, studies have shown that heart disease is one of the causes of deaths around the world, the traditional lifestyle of the people did not changed. The indulgence to unhealthy foods and vices prevented the people from knowing the facts about their health. After too much tolerance on all those things, diseases like hypertension started to surface, only then that they realized that their bodies have had enough.
Stress or overworked and other factors like second hand smoke and the environment itself is also the cause of heart disease and stroke. This is true because my mother was once a workaholic and the regular exposure to second hand smoke caused her to catch not only brain tumor but heart disease as well. Her illness was diagnosed in 2003.
But after months of hospital treatment and confinement, my mother recovered but not without the help of grape fruit.
