I am happy that you’re back. I don’t know how many times I clicked on your site just to see whether you were back. On one such occasion the other day I was lucky and found your new format. I hope I get back my readership which was bery large – the largest of the several that I use. Wish you have success all the way.
So, what is the interest of publishing for GroundReport now that there is no compensation? Do you have any partner, such as some international media that might be interested in some of the content we provide?
Hi Selene,
The purpose of the Open News Platform is to provide a hands-on learning laboratory for journalism and new media students and educators at schools, colleges and universities. It provides a free public portfolio for students and citizen journalists to store and post their articles on the Internet and observe how their work is received by a global audience. GroundReport articles are included in Internet news search engines.
Have you posted content on GroundReport in the past?
Yes, I have, and it used to be remunerated, although it was actually peanuts. But apart from that, what was interesting is that one of my articles was actually re-published by The Huffington Post. So, could something like that happen now?
I have an account with groundreort and the site does not allow me to log in.
