Hali, Attar administered oath as permanent Judges of J&K High Court

Jammu, March 5 (Scoop News)- Justice Sunil Hali and Justice Muzaffar Hussain Attar were administered the oath of office as the permanent Judges of the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir by  Justice Barin Ghosh, the Chief Justice of the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir, here today.

             Earlier, the warrants of appointments and notification, received from Rashtrapati Bhawan and Ministry of Law and Justice, GOI, New Delhi, were read by Registrar General of the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir, M K Hanjura.

            Mr Hanjura also read the letter of authorization by the Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, authorizing the Chief Justice of the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir, to administer the oath of office to the Judges.

            The oath taking ceremony was attended by Justice Virender Singh, Justice Hakim Imtiyaz Hussain, Justice Mansoor Ahmad Mir, Justice J P Singh, Justice Mohammad Yaqoob Mir, Justice Gh Hasnain Massodi, Advocate General, Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, President of Bar Association Jammu, Members of the Bar, senior officers of the State, Judicial officers of the District Judiciary and many others.
