Dr. Mary Ruwart, a former biochemist with Upjohn, is seeking the Libertarian Party’s nomination for President of the United States. She is the author of Healing Our World www.ruwart.com a book offering libertarian solutions to problems, and other works. In 1992, she was the Libertarian Party’s candidate for Vice-President. I think she has an excellent chance of getting the Libertarian nomination in Denver, Colorado this May.
Why did she take so long to enter the race? Until recently, she was working on behalf of Ron Paul’s presidential campaign.
More information about her campaign is available at www.votemary2008.com. Other declared candidates include George Phillies, Steve Kubby and Wayne Root. -30-
