Prevention:  A high intake of fat, meat, dairy products, and grilled red meat has been associated with the risk of having prostate cancer.  It is best to have, instead, soybean products, tomato products, lycopene, selenium, and vitamin E to prevent it.  It has also been proven that exposure to the sun and fish consumption effectively reduce the risk.
