Jammu and Kashmir: Member Parliament, Ch. Lal Singh today
launched ‘Rahul Memorial Helpline’ in Muthi. On the occasion Polyclinic was
also inaugurated by MLC, Vijay Bakaya. Function was attended by academicians,
doctors, scholars and media persons in a large number.
Speaking on the occasion Chief Guest Ch. Lal Singh said that
services to human is services to God. He also stressed for making effective arrangements
to achieve desired goal set by Helpline. He lauded the organizers for their
noble contribution. Singh assured all possible help to organizers in future and
suggested them to come up with a similar facility centre at Samba for which an
ambulance would be allotted by him.

manifestation, MLC Vijay Bakaya asked people around to come forward and help
the needful people in the larger interest of common masses. On the occasion a
telefilm Saiguru of Karmayug was screened.

Programme was organized in memory of Rahul Pandit, a budding
filmmaker and enterprising Cinematographer. Helpline was launched with a motive
to aware and educate people about HIV/AIDs, Drug addiction and cancer like
diseases. R K Pardesi also addressed the gathering.
Veteran surgeon Dr R.K Chrungoo, Ch. Dev Raj, P. N Trisal,
Prof. A. N Dhar, M. K Bangroo senior journalist, K. K Raina, Kundan Kashmiri,
Sheela Hando, Ex-MLC B. L Bhat and Satish Panjoo were present on the occasion.
Chief Trustee Pushkarnath Pandit delivered vote of thanks, whereas programme
was compared by Prannath Pandit.
