Hillary Clinton, the US Secretary of State returned from her first overseas diplomaticmission after meeting leaders of China, Japan, Indonesia and South Korea. Clinton clearly sent the message to Asian world that the Obama administration has brought the change in Washington. She wanted that Asia know that the US is both trans-pacific andalso trans-Atlantic power. She told the Chinese Dragon TV in an interview that the potential for positive growth and good relation in the 21st century will come with Asian countries like China. She had mentioned that the Obamaadministration’s goal is to reach out to the rest of the world. As she landed in Washington , Richard Holbrooke, the special envoy for Pakistan and Afghanistan is waiting to brief her about the another Asian country i.e Afghanistan and its policy.
