Himachal No 1 in education and health

Himachal pradesh again proved its speciality in education and health in India.Starting from education,health like basic needs to roads,modern tele communication system every where it stands no one among all states.One survey was made by News Magazine taking environment,education,health,economy,infrastructure as  issues.Previously it was in 3rd position in education and health but nopw in overall report showing it is the no 1 state in India.
