Historic Lifting the Veil Conference held in Kashmir

In the recent history of South Asia , a grand intellectual conference on burning issues faced by muslim world today titled Lifting the Veil is a 1-Day Conference which aimed to highlight the Contemporary Muslim issues like discourse on Shari’ah, Peace, Inter-Faith Dialogue, Youth issues etc was held at summer capital of Jammu & Kashmir (Srinagar ) organized by reputed Inspire ME Global, a youth organisation based in Malaysia.

The conference aimed that In the current times, where the identity of Muslims is being threatened and hijacked, an intellectual discourse to disseminate the truth becomes highly necessary and thus the need for an intellectual response is imminent.

The whole day Conference included a series of lectures followed by Q and A sessions and some presentations and a forum.
“We are happy at impressive response of the conference here in Kashmir .We have done such programs and workshops in several countries like Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Philippinnes, etc and we feel that Kashmiri youth must also be aware about the different dimensions of the Islamic values”, stated Yaqeen Ul Haq Ahmad Sikander, the Director of Inspire ME Global .

The speakers at the event included eminent intellectuals like -Dr Hamid Naseem Rafiabadi, Mushtaq Ul-Haq Ahmad Sikander, Mushafiq Sultan, Yaqeen Ul Haq Ahmad Sikander.
