Hit and run motorbike driver in trouble

A GK land cruiser Kenya police car  registration number on  GK A 914 was hit today by a boda boda motorbike registration number  KMDA 533F at the roundabout near Kakamega Golf hotel.
Nobody was hurt and no physical damage was registered on the motorbike or the vehicle but the drama in which its victims behaved pulled many   passersby, who watched the whole drama in astonishment.
The boda boda cyclist tries to run away but the police officer followed him and got hold of him several meters from the crime scene.
According to eye witnesses , the other person in the  Kenya police  car was  in civilian clothes hence it is not known if he was a police officer or civilian, jumped out of the land cruiser read to bounce on the target ‘boda boda’ while the one in uniform hold a gun in hand read to shot the target.
Afterwards there was dialogue between the police officer and the passenger whom the boda boda crime was ferrying, to come up with a solution but it bears no fruits.
The cyclist together with his motorbike were packed and taken to a nearby police station.
