LAFH demanded for compensation to bereaved families of avalanche victims.
CHITRAL: Legal Aid Forum for Human rights Chitral (LAFH) demanded for giving rupees 500000 to each bereaved family of those deceased persons who martyred under avalanche at Ziarat post. According to detail Niaz Ali Shah General Secretary of Legal Aid Forum for Human Rights Chitral (LAFH) while talking to local journalist demanded from the federal government ministry of interior to compensate each bereaved family upto 500000 of 7 official of Chitral scouts who were died under heavy avalanches at Ziarat post on January 7th. He said that federal government compensate bereaved families of such incidence in other provinces of the country and Human rights Chitral also demanding for compensation of bereaved families of Chitral avalanche victims. He said that those soldiers were deployed to save other people who restrained in snowfall or glaciers but unfortunately they were hit by avalanche personally as a result 7 officials were died while 7 were recovered live.
