Strongly condemning the alleged threats issued to Sikhs living in the Kashmir Valley by Muslim (Militant) groups and also criticizing the Central and the J&K State Governments for failing to protect the Sikh minority in the Valley, the Central Vice-President of Vishva Hindu Parishad, Sri Balkrishna U. Naik, President of Shiromani Akali Dal (1920) Sardar Bakshi Paramjit Singh, and National Spokesperson of Rashtriya Sikh Sangat, Dr. Avtar Singh Shastry in a joint press conference addressed in the national capital declared, “If Sikhs are forced to leave the Valley, then the supporters of the anti-national tormentor Muslims will be treated the same way in other parts of the country”.
