Indian Professor Resigns Over Students’ ‘Immoral’ Dancing

Last night at India’s prestigious National Institute of Technology (NIT), Kurukshetra, a Computer Architecture Design professor resigned over a controversy involving students’ dancing

It happened after lecturers banned students from dancing–when students opposed the ban, the lecturer shouted on them.

Shortly after, the students went on strike, and the professor was forced to resign. This is the atmosphere in one of India’s best technical colleges.
