Indian Stock Markets post positive gains

Indian stock markets posted positive gains on Wednesday  18 march 09.markets opened with some gains and nifty was trading above 2800 levels in mid trading session.but during the close of the trading session it didnt managed to hold on to that level and closed at 2794.70 up 37.25 points and sensex closed at 8976.68 up by 112.86 points
