To implement the Indo-US nuclear treaty,the Indian experts team leaves for Vienna today to hold third and final round of talks with IAEA.
To implement the Indo-US nuclear treaty, the first step that has to be taken is adequate rules have to be framed for safeguarding the nuclear power reactors functioning in India.In this regard, the high level Indian delegation had already held discussions twice during the month of November, 2007, with the IAEA.
To hold the third round of talks,the Indian scientists are leaving for Vienna (Austria) today.The talks commence from tomorrow under Ravi.P.Grover, the Director of the nuclear power planning commission,heading the Indian scientists delegation.The decision arrived at the talks will be placed before the UPA highpower committee and only after the decision is accepted in the said committee, the Indo-US nuclear treaty will come into force.
