Nominated independent candidate from Bhaderwah constituency Master (Retd.) Fazal Alam Wani has lamented the lack of basic facilities in the rural areas of Bhaderwah constituency. He regretted that for last 60 years population residing in villages remained neglected for which he accused the political leaders for ignoring these 70 percent of people living in the villages.
Master Fazal regretted that during past elections people from villagers have voted to those leaders who are either living in cities or if some belongs to villages have shifted their residences from villages to cities thus forget the villagers and their problems. He mentioned that the time has changed and now the population of villagers have decided to teach a lesson to those leaders who have always played with the sentiments of villagers for their petty political gains.
He mentioned that more than 70 percent people live in villagers and if they unite can form governments not only in the state but also in the Centre.
Saying that villagers will no more tolerate the leadership of city people which he described as imposed one, he asked the people of villagers to unite and elect their own leader who can listen to them and highlight their problems. He said that for villagers this is the right time to decide and elect their own representatives to end their sufferings.
Several deputations from various villagers of the Bhaderwah constituency called on Master Fazal and discussed with him the problems of various villages of the constituency. They highlighted various issues and problems confronted by the villagers and asked Master Fazal to lead them in the ensuing Assembly elections so the forced leadership of those leaders living in cities could be thrown out on far all.
After separate deliberations with the deputations, Master Fazal assured that he work dedicatedly to uplift the villagers in every sphere of life and will fight for the causes of villagers.
Master Fazal has appealed to Governor. N.N Vohra to immediately intervene and issue clear directives to the concerned agencies to solve the burning problems of people living in villages.
Master Fazal demanded supply of ration quota in rural areas of Bhaderwah, opening of new blocks as per Beloria Commission report, installation of 25 KV transformers at Pamasa, Bajaj, Loharthawa, Amritgarh, Zila-da-Pani, Binola, BAchhara, Dhalla, Blouria Mohalla, Butt Pura, Sheikh Pura, Kunthal, Surenga, Hoja Bola, Danvass, Sichal, Chani, Chinchora, Upper Joura, Shamdalian, Bhadan Jogata, Jhandani, Kotte Bala, Joura Kalan, Masjid Mohalla Joura, Denvas, Saralla, Gurekera Bala, Bisran Qassia Mohalla and Mukass Chillee.
He further demanded Water Supply Schemes for village Bagh Rokali and all these villages in view of the winter season keeping in view the urgency of the demand and need of people.
