Finally India has won the test series in England and this win would not only would have boosted the image of the men in blue but also would have improved their confidence.
Indians are very unpredictable in cricket. After there pathetic showing in the world cup i definitely feel that the game would have lost charm in some of the hearts of the indians.
I think the media also has a hand in this sorry state of affairs; if we just one game they praise the cricketers to the sky and reels about him and his family so much so when he plays the next match he becomes wary and fail to play his natural game . while annalysing the match the reporter should be genuine in his comments. He should give him boquets for good performance and brickbats for his poor performance.
Talent is also not respected while choosing players. All other considerations are tken into account while choosing a player. like in Australia no player is above the game
We can have another rung of first class players to fill the spot of injured players unlike the present trend where we fill the spot with players who are non performers.
