Jammu, September 16 (Vijay Kumar): Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Wednesday said that India should take up the issue of frequent Chinese incursions in the Ladakh region at the diplomatic level with China in order to diffuse the mounting tensions between the two neighboring countries.
