Srinagar, January 11, (Scoop News)-Chief Patron Jammu Kashmir Mahaz-e-Azadi (MeA) Muhammad Azam Inqilabi Sunday said BJP government is playing with fire in Kashmir and warned of serious repercussions if Delhi continued with its “aggressive approach”.
In a statement issued here, Inqilabi said settling west-Pakistan refugees and providing them permanent residence certificates will create unpredictable situation in Kashmir.
He said Indian leaders “with expansionist mindset are aggressively following their anti-Kashmir agenda, but it will lead to volatile situation here.”
MeA patron said nearly 15-lakh Kashmiris had to leave Kashmir for Pakistan during the wars
of 1947, 1965 and 1971.
“These Kashmiri refugees are keenly following the situation and India’s belligerency has created uncertainty among them. They may join the Kashmir fight if India persists with its communal agenda in Kashmir,” he said.
Indian leadership, he said, should understand that after the NATO withdrawal from Afghanistan all militant outfits have shifted their focus on Kashmir.
He said India in league with western imperialists is harbouring ill intentions towards Muslim countries.
“I appeal to all heads of Muslim countries to review their ties with India. And have a
monitoring cell so as to keep check on India’s expansionist designs,” he said.
Inqilabi said Kashmir separatsit leaders should sit together and devise a workable strategy against the Indian aggression.
“It is incumbent upon separatist leader Syed Ali Geelani to take Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, Yasin Malik and Shabir Shah into confidence and create a fort of resistance against India’s malevolent aim to defeat the struggle here,” he added.
He said in these circumstances separatist leaders, ulemas, intellectuals and every section of society has to play its role to “defeat and stop the way of Indian imperialists”.
