Not only one but two document was left behind on the seat train which stopped at Waterloo,UK train station. Luckily or might worsely, one passenger found out the document at the chair and handheld it to BBC, UK Broadcast Station. What happened? How the very important document was left behind? Does any other copied or read it? Or someone or tried to sell the document but a make a mistake and left on the train? Or he/she just wanted the document to public wide spread?
Those paper documents were found bundled inside the yellow envelope with title “UK Top secret”. The paper contained about 7 pages of information about Al Qaeda information and others about Iraqi. Those documents have been widely publicized by BBC through its broadcast channel. Other title on the document was “Only for UK, USA, Canada and Australia”.
Who’s actually created each report before it leaks to the public?
The BBC reporter said that the Iraqi document was generated by UK Department of Defence, meanwhile Al Qaeda was generated by UK foreign and domestic department.
It’s suspected that one of intelligent member senior whose accidentally or unaccidentally left those documents behind. But the department office stated that one of their employee was being questioned and temporarily suspended.
Is this the first time?
Nope, during Brown government it’s the 3rd time. Earlier in this January, laptop with 600,000 of new private employee data was missing and a years before, 25 million peoples private data in the diskquetes was also missing. Unknown if those missing has been retrieved yet and hope it hasn’t been access by unwanted people. There are no safety guarantee on the government database.
