Inter-collegiate Hockey (w) championship 2012-13

Jammu, October 11 (Scoop News)- The Final match of the Inter- Collegiate Hockey (Women) Tournament 2012-13 was played between GDC Poonch and GWC Parade at Jammu University Hockey Field,and none of the teams was able to score goal in the stipulated time inspite of the best efforts put in by the players . With the request of team managers, both the teams were declared as joint winners.

Lida Singh wife of Vice –Chancellor, University of Jammu who was the Chief Guest of the Final Match was  introduced with the players /officials before the start of the match.  Laida Singh awarded winner Trophy to both the teams, on rotational basis in presence of Prof. Dhian S Bhau, Director Sports and Prof. Keshav Sharma (TBS).

Among others  Ramesh Sharma, PTI campus, Suman Lata (PTI) , Prof. P.P Singh , Prof. Jasbir Singh, Sham Lal Sharma, Ravinder Singh, Mrs. Veena Chib, Ms. Gurmeet Kour, Sh. Dalbir Mehta, Raj Kumar Bakshi, Jai Bharat, Nisha Sharma, Jasbir Singh ( Tintu) , Neenu Narayani, Sanjeec Jamwal and P.D.Singh  were also present on the occasion .
