ABID also cares for its members and holds Exhibitions, Seminars, Educational tours for them while encouraging vocational training in the field by tying up with institutes that provide such vocational training. At the end of successful completion, the candidates get merit certificates by ABID in consultation with the Institutes.

The exhibition at Milan Mela was not about buying and selling and it is not allowed as well. However, a lot of awareness is generated in the fair which in turn leads to business to the tune of several millions of rupees in the region. There are a large number of skilled and unskilled employees in the unorganized sector of Interior Decoration and Furnishing business and the industry is the source of employment for them. Currently, the business of interior decoration is to the tune of several crores of rupees per annum and this year, the aim is to go even higher with the exhibition which more than 1 lakh people will visit.
