Shares of American Renal Associates Holdings Inc (NYSE:ARA) grew from $27.06 per share in May 2016 to as high as $29.21 per share in June 2016. On July 1, 2016 it was reported that UnitedHealth Group Inc. sued American Renal Associates Holdings Inc. accusing it of fraud.

On July 25, 2016, NYSE:ARA shares closed at $22.70 per share.
