On October 29, 2015, SolarCity Corp announced that it was lowering its full year 2015 guidance. Then, on February 9, 2016 SolarCity Corp disclosed that it fell short of its previously issued fiscal year 2015 installation guidance. Shares of SolarCity Corp (NASDAQ:SCTY) declined from $56.91 per share in December 2015 to as low as $16.30 per share on February 11, 2016.
