IPL Matches : Not to be Played in India

It isdecided after a BCCI meeting today that the IPL matches would be played during the pre decided schedule and timinings but the matches would be played outside of India,taking into consideration the upcomming elections and security concerns in the country during that period.

As of now, it is decided the matches would be played either in India or South Africa,
