The 31st anniversary of the Iran’s Islamic Revolution saw mass protests and harsh government crackdowns, with hundreds of videos flooding YouTube despite internet restrictions meant to hamper communications.
The State Department reported yesterday that websites such as Google’s Gmail had been blocked by Iran’s government in anticipation of unrest.
