Is Chronic Kidney Disease on the rise in the US?

In recent years, the rise of Chronic Kidney disease in the United States has clearly been on the rise. In a recent study, Chronic Kidney disease has increased to an estimated 13 percent of adults within the United States. Clearly pointing out that more and more Americans are diagnosed with the vile disease.

As one has learned through out their life, the kidney are very important to every single person who is alive and breathing. One of the main things your kidneys do is filter out impurities from the blood stream by way of urine. The attack by this disease includes five stages that completely shuts down the body leading to death. The very first stage has a mild side effect with very, very few symptoms. The fifth stage is what is really life threatening.

One of the causes that’s to blame for this vile disease is none other than diabetes and hypertension. In case a person doesn’t know what these are, diabetes is a metabolic disorder and hypertension is high blood pressure. An increase in the overall body mass also proved to be a cause for this deadly disease. Not only does this disease puts patients at risk for losing their kidney functions, but it also puts a person at risk for heart disease during every stage of this disease.

In the end, it is very essential for the public to pay close attention to this disease and convince people to find some ways of dealing with this deadly disease. This disease should be a strong focus to prevent this disease from developing and causing deaths in the future.
