ISIS claims to have "trained soldiers" inside the US ready to attack

I have been tracking hundreds of ISIS tweets and messages over the last 30 days. My desk is literally covered in them. This message was no different, however it did contain figures and possible state locations where ISIS may be operating cells inside the US.

It read as follows:

“We (ISIS) have 71 trained soldiers in 15 different states ready at our word to attack any target we desire. Out of the 71 trained soldiers 23 have signed up for missions like Sunday, We are increasing in number bithnillah [if God wills]. Of the 15 states, 5 we will name… Virginia, Maryland, Illinois, California, and Michigan…The next six months will be interesting.”

*Recent Tweeting under the hashtag #AMessageFromISISToUS, is either an ISIS member or sympathizer apparently threatening Chicago with a note in Arabic. The picture is taken in front of a Chicago building, and WGN was able to locate where it was taken.
