Islamic University students interact with Afghan Media Activist

 

Srinagar,November 16 (Scoop News) – To expose journalism students to the situation of media in different parts of the world and for providing them with an opportunity to interact with various experts and journalists working across the geographies Journalism Department of Islamic University of Science & Technology Awantipora organized an interactive session with prominent Afghan Media Activist and Executive Director National Association of Independent Schools, NAI, Abdul Mujeeb Khalvatgar was held via skype. During the session Khalvatgar spoke about the working of media in Afghanistan and regulation policies in a conflict zone like it.

The interaction which was organized in collaboration with All India Centre for Urban and Rural Development was  attended by the faculty members and students of department of Journalism and Mass Communication and Centre or International Relations.
