Israeli Fighters strikes Gaza Strip
On Wednesday the Israeli F16 fighters predawn two target in southern Gaza Strip towns of KhanYounis and Rafah, severe damage were caused, no immediate injuries report.
A security compound belongs to Islamic Hamas movement interior ministry police in the city of Khan Younis, the building was struck and destroyed by one missile by an Israeli F16 warplane, but no injuries were reported.
In Rafah town the Israeli warplanes struck the borderline area between the southern Gaza Strip town and Egypt aiming at destroying underground tunnels, Palestinians use for smuggling goods from Egypt to Gaza.
This Israeli airstrikes were apparently a response to Gaza militants firing homemade rockets from the Gaza Strip at Israeli towns and communities in the vicinity of the enclave. No injuries were reported.
On Dec. 27, Israel carried out a large-scale air, sea and ground assault on the Gaza Strip that lasted for 22 days. Around 1,400 people were killed, 5,500 wounded, and thousands of houses, buildings and mosques were destroyed.
