Italian hospitality project for Japanese families
"The Enit" launching a hospitality project in Italy in favor of Japanese families affected by the earthquake and radioactivity in Fukushima.
The Ministry of Tourism el’Enit (National Tourism Agency) have launched the ‘Italian friends for Japan’, which aims to provide a period of stay of six months in Italy for those Japanese families affected by the earthquake and radioactivity around the center of Fukushima. Under the plan, presented by Matteo Marzotto and Paul Rubin, President and Director General of ENIT, as well as Confuorti Francis, president of Financial Advantage Financial, families will be staying in Italy in hotels until the situation in the voluntary best.
They landed , in Fiumicino, with a flight from Tokyo, Fukushima 35 children, ages 7 to 12 years, which will be hosted by many Italian families, in Terni, Rome and Bari.
In the wake of what happened with the children of Chernobyl, the Non Governmental Organization of Terni, Let’s help them to live, has given way to a solidarity that will allow children to spend 40 days protected from contamination and dispose of radioactive cesium accumulated body.
People who were at the airport (including me) was impressed by the arrival of these children, because we did not know of the existence of this program. Congratulations to the Italian State and people who are part of this program.
