Head of the Ivorian Football Federation (FIF) Match Organising Committee, Albert Anzouan Kacou has been sentenced to six months jail term for printing fake tickets which was the cause of a deadly stadium stampede. He was also fined $1,000 for fraud and manslaughter. It was reported that this incident happened when 36,000 fans tried to cram into the 34,600 capacity stadium.
