J J Watt signs a six year contract extension with the Houston Texans

Houston Texas. Houston Texans defensive end J J Watt, 25, on Tuesday morning has signed a six year contract, $100 million contract extension with the football team that he has played for since he was selected in the first round of the 2011 National Football League Draft out of the University of Wisconsin.

Watt’s original rookie contract was going to expire at the end of the 2016 football season. His new contract will take effect starting in 2016. Watt in the three seasons he has been with the Texans has been one of the brightest stars on the football team.
