Jack’s Place celebrates its 50th Anniversary, with Homegrown collaborations and Jubilee deals

1888 PressRelease – Jack’s Place celebrates their Jubilee year.

Singapore – Jack’s Place, a family restaurant known for best value steak, celebrates its commemorative 50th anniversary this year with a number of activities leading up to its celebrations.

As part of the anniversary celebration, and to cater to the likes of today’s diners, Jack’s Place embarked on a facelift project in November 2014, starting with a new outlet at Paya Lebar Square in January 2015, followed by Bukit Panjang Plaza, OrangeTee Building and the recently opened outlet at SAFRA Punggol.

Together with the facelift, Jack’s Place introduced new and exciting dishes to its extensive menu. New favourites include Beef Stew in mini casseroles, New England Fish & Chips, Sakura Shrimp Aglio Olio with Grilled Slipper Lobster, Salted Egg Lava Chocolate Pudding with Fruit Compote, and more. Food presentation for Signature dishes such as Escargots, Tenderloin Steak and Chicken Steak were refreshed too.

Another major milestone this jubilee year is the collaboration between Jack’s Place and other homegrown brands. This business collaboration is to leverage on the strength of all parties to build a bigger and stronger brand, especially with plans to venture into the overseas market.

These local Food & Beverage partners include Udders Ice Cream and Smitten Specialty Coffee & Tea. Close relationships have been forged with these partners and exclusive items were produced.

Other than introducing a full-fledged Ice Cream bar at Jack’s Place, OrangeTee Building, Udders ice cream has handcrafted a new flavor solely for Jack’s Place.

Made with fresh mangoes (representing Jack’s Place’s signature mango cake) and Pomelo bits (to add an interesting citrusy flavour to complement the luscious mango), this Mango Pomelo ice cream will stay to signify this 50th milestone.

Selected popular Udders ice cream flavours and ice cream are available at all Jack’s Place outlets.

Smitten Specialty Coffee & Tea has also introduced a customized blend for Jack’s place at selected outlets. These special blend, Jack and the Bean Stop, can only be found at Jack’s Place, SAFRA Jurong, Punggol, Paya Lebar Square and Bukit Panjang Plaza.

To celebrate this jubilee year and to thank all customers for their unfaltering support throughout the years, Jack’s Place has a list of celebratory deals each month, kicking off with $9.90 Sirloin Set Lunch promotion in March. Past deals also include $1 Lobster bisque, $1 Udders Single scoop ice cream, and current 50% off Escargots deal with any main course ordered on weekdays. Indulge in an upcoming JP50 Jubilee deal which is also in keeping with National Day celebrations in Singapore, and this will be Black Pepper Tenderloin Steak at only $19.90++ (original price is $29.50++) for the month of August 2016.

Coming September, in the plan is a surprise nostalgic night at Jack’s Place, Bras Basah Complex. Look out for more details soon!

Jack’s Place has also launched its brand extension in early 2015, named after its founder Mr. Say Lip Hai and his Cola Restaurant, this youthful café is called Jack’s Cola Café. Located at Paya Lebar Square, this outlet serves main dishes such as All Day Breakfast, Soups, Light Bites, Cakes, Smitten coffee, and Udders ice cream, waffles and milkshakes. There is also a retail corner for takeaway Smitten coffee beans, Udders ice cream pints, Wines and imported Craft beers. Complimentary wifi is also available at this café.
