Jama’at-e-Islami stresses to Muslim youth not to commit any wrong

Srinagar,December 16 (Scoop News) – Jama’at-e-Islami J&K today stressed upon the Muslim youth not to be excited in enthusiasm and commit any wrong which may bring any disrepute to Islam and the Muslim community and be a cause of deprivation of the divine help.

In a statement said that A high level delegation of Jama’at-e-Islami J&K visited the residence of Tariq Ahmed Bhat of Nowhatta and expressed its total solidarity with his bereaved father Abdul Salaam and other family members. The district President Srinagar Faheem Mohammad Ramzan and secretary Maulana Gazi Moinul Islam Nadvi were part of this delegation.

On this occasion, the district President while expressing his deep sorrow over this heart-rending incident, termed it a big tyranny and repeated the stand of Jama’at that oppression is always oppression which can never be justified irrespective of the person or the power committing it and as such is most condemnable.

Moreover it is the moral duty of every Muslim to support the oppressed. There is no justification for anyone to compel anybody by use of force to admit his viewpoint as the Creator of this universe has clearly prohibited from compelling anybody to accept His commandments.

Jama’at-e-Islami J&K pays great tributes to Tariq Ahmad who became a victim of some wicked, rash and negligent elements and lost his precious life and the killers got nothing but recorded an unpardonable sin of killing an innocent Muslim in the record of their life.
