Jammu, October 01, (Scoop News)- Observing that change is order of the day, general secretary of BJP, Bali Bhagat today sought support of every section of the society to bring positive change in the state of Jammu and Kashmir where corruption and nepotism has sneaked deep from top to bottom.
Addressing series of public meeting at Kalri, Karwanda, Bhalwal and Kanger areas in connection with the on-going Parivartan Yatra of the party, Bhagat said that results of the Lok Sabha elections were a clear indication that people of the State were looking towards BJP as an alternative to provide them stable and corruption free government which ensure justice with all regions of Jammu and Kashmir.
“Need of the hour is to channelize energy of every sections of the society to bring change in Jammu and Kashmir to establish a nationalist government”, he said and asserted that in the coming Assembly elections BJP was going to script a chapter in the history of Jammu and Kashmir.
“Since 1947, Jammu and Ladakh regions are forced to play the role of second fiddle in the State politics but with the emergence of BJP the scenario would be changed”, he said and asserted that after the coming Assembly elections Jammu and Ladakh regions would play dominate role in State politics and Kashmir region would be in a supporting. “For the last 65 years, Jammu and Ladakh regions have been political marginalized because successive state governments in the State have deliberately ignored these two regions”, he said and asserted the in the coming Assembly elections Jammu and Ladakh regions would emerge as strong force to play dominate role in J&K politics.
Bali Bhagat further added that people of the State are looking towards BJP to get them rid from the present corrupt, incept and anti-people dispensation.
“Unlike other parts of the country bad governance has dangerous ramifications in J&K because failure to provide good governance to the people usually fuelled alienation among common masses in general and youth in particular”, he said and added that increasing alienation among youth was result of bad governance in the State. “During the last six years alienation among people has increased manifold due to bad-governance in the State”, he said.
“People are fed up with the mis-governance and rampant corruption in the state so they are waiting for an opportunity to give a befitting reply to this government”, he said and sought support of every sections of the society to change destiny of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
Exhorting youth to participate in the on-going process of Parivartan in Jammu and Kashmir, Bali Bhagat sought support of sought support of the youth to throw out Omar Abdullah’s corrupt regime.
He pointed out large backdoor appointments made during the six years tenure of Omar Abdullah. He said that youth are the worst victims of the wrong policies being propagated by the government headed by young Omar Abdullah. He said that backdoor Appointments have been going unabated in various government departments and meritorious and deserving youth are bearing brunt of the mis-deeds of the coalition regime. He said that hundreds of people have been appointed through illegal means in various departments of the state.
