J&K Bank to organize Loan Mela, Fresh Currency Counters in Navratra Festivities at Katra

Srinagar, October 07 (Scoop News) – Keeping with its socio-cultural commitments J&K Bank is participating in the Annual Navratra Festivities at Katra from 8th October to 16th October. The celebrations are organized jointly by Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board & J&K State Tourism Department.

 
According to Bank officals that the bank shall organize a Loan Mela Counter at the venue of celebrations where on spot sanctions shall be accorded for loans for DRI Cars, Consumer Durables, Personal Consumption Loans and other activities. The bank shall also establish Fresh Currency Note Exchange Counter where soiled notes shall be exchanged for fresh currency. New coins will also be provided.

The bank shall sponsor the inauguration ceremony of Navratra Celebrations on 8th October, 2010. J&K State Deputy Chief Minister. Tara Chand shall be the Chief Guest on the occasion.
The bank shall also sponsor International Wrestling Competition that attracts wrestlers of fame from India & Pakistan is expected to participate besides Hasya Byang Event wherein renowned artist from Bollywood & Electronic Media are expected to participate.
