JK BJP candidates file nomination paper

Jammu,November 16 (Scoop News) – On the last day of the filing of nomination papers for the seats of MLCs, Jammu and Kashmir State BJP fielded three candidates on Friday.

BJP candidates namely Col (Retd.) Uttam Singh and Rashpal Verma submitted their separate nomination papers to the Divisional Commisioner, Jammu, in his official chamber in presence of State President Shamsher Singh Manhas and party leaders Dr. Nirmal Singh, Ashok Khajuria, Jugal Kishore Sharma, Kavinder Gupta, Sat Sharma (C.A.), Ramesh Arora, Lalit Moza, Sukhnandan Kumar, Sakina Bano, Rajinder Sharma and Vijay Kumar Sharma.

Earlier, both the party candidates reached the Divisional Commissioner office in a large procession of party leaders, activists, supporters and friends, who garlanded both of them and were rasing slogans of victory.

  At Srinagar, BJP candidate Ashraf Ali submitted his nomination papers to the  Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, at Srinagar in presence of State Vice-President & Kashmir Prabhari Chander Prakash Ganga, Seh-Prabhari Dr. Ali Mohd. Mir, Kashmir BJP General Secretary Altaf Thakur, North Kashmir President Mohd. Maqbool War, South Kashmir President Manzoor Kulgami, Central Kashmir President Ashraf Rishi, Central Kashmir Vice-President Bashir Ahmed and BJYM Kashmir  President Arif Raja.
