J&K BJP welcomes decision taken by UN of deleating J&K disputed issue

Jammu, November 16 (Scoop News) – BJP State Spokesperson Ramesh Arora welcomed the decision taken by United Nations of deleating Jammu and Kashmir from list of disputed category.

It is a significant development that the name of J&K has been deleted from the list of unresolved disputes giving a set back to Pakistan, which has been asking the world body to intervene on the issue time and again. While expressing concern about the unrest Secretary General Ban ki Moon said that UN will not intervene untill requested by both the parties.

   Arora said it is success of nationalist forces. Inspite of best efforts by separatists and their political supporters in internationalizing the issue of Jammu and Kashmir they have failed and at last UNO has decided to remove it from the list of disputed category. It is endorsement on the stand of BJP and all nationalist forces and welcoming step as international community has also realized the need for Indian commitment. BY this step they have recognized our internal strength to deal with our own problems without intervention and mediation from any third party, including United Nations. It is a significant deverlopment that the Name of J&K has been deleted from the list of unresolved disputes giving a set back to Pakistan, which has been asking the world body to intervene on the issue time and again while expressing concern about the unrest Secretary General Ban ki Moon said that UN will not intervene until requested by both the parties.   

Arora further said India is a powerful country and can solve its disputes without assistance and involvement of any external power. During  recent visit of Barack Obama, he also stated and agreed that India is not a developing but developed country. And  now international community have further deleted Jammu and Kashmir issue from the list of disputed category by this they have recognized our internal sovereignty and integrity. 

Arora said that the UNO has rectified the blunder committed by Jawahar Lal Nehru, who, instead of solving the so-called Kashmir isuue, took the matter to UNO to convey his friend Sheikh Abdullah that he wanted the issue be internationalised as per the wishes of a handful of Kashmiris.

Commenting on the surfacing of one scam after other during the last few weeks, Arora said that the present Congress-led UPA has become den of coruption and it is neccesaruy on its part to book all such elements inorder to restore the faith of the Indians whose hard earned money is being embezzled and looted. He said that India should control corruption and we will see in our lives that India have attained the heights of JAGAT GURU and no one stop it. India is emerging a powerful force throughout the world and it is India and India only which can create peace in whole world because we respect the territory and integrity of every country.  And United Nations have also accepted our notion and thereby removed Jammu and Kashmir from the list of disputed category. All nationaist and peace loving people are happy over the development.

It may be mentioned here that Jammu and Kashmir has been removed from the UN list of unresolved disputes, giving a setback to Pakistan which has been asking the world body to intervene on the issue.

India has welcomed the reported exclusion of Jammu and Kashmir from the list of unresolved international disputes.

Officals of Ministery for External Affairs on Monday said India welcomes the removal of Jammu and Kashmir from the United Nations list of disputes.

Officals said that,”We have always firmly maintained that Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India.”

The omission of Jammu and Kashmir from a list of disputes under the observation of the UN Security Council was noticed by Pakistan whose envoy has lodged a protest.The development has come as a setback to Pakistan which has been asking the world body to intervene on the issue

Pakistan has objected to the exclusion of Kashmir from a list of disputes under the observation of the Security Council as mentioned by the UK‘s top diplomat in an annual debate on UNSC reforms.

            Meanwhile Kashmiri separatists believe that there was no reason for them to feel dismayd over the reports indicating that Jammu and Kashmir has not found a place in the UN list of disputes.
